I’m Hanna Bankier MA, ACC and I’m a successful Bird Launcher.  As a sought-after Coach, Change Catalyst, and Speaker dedicated to guiding and supporting women through their Bird Launcher transition, I help moms find joy and purpose as their little ones leave the nest.

After 20+ years of experience in television, I left my VP position to focus on connecting people to possibilities. I founded Working Solutions Group in 2017 to guide individuals through both professional and personal change.

Seeking counsel from other moms and reflecting deeply on the transition as my oldest child was about to launch, I became the 'go-to' Bird Launcher friend. I'm now eager to share my insights with a wider community of bird mamas and thus created BirdyLauncher.com 

As a mom of two, I have successfully launched my oldest child, who is currently a college Junior, and I’m in the process of launching my second, who is a High School Senior.
